Public Comment Period Open for Clean and Drinking Water SRF Intended Use Plans

The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is holding a public review and comment period before the approval and adoption of the draft State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2025 State Revolving Fund (SRF) Intended Use Plans (IUPs) for the FFY 2024/SFY 2025 Clean and Drinking Water Emerging Contaminants Funding. These draft IUPs include the ranked Project Priority Lists. The comment period ends on May 21.

Any funding provided is dependent upon the outcome of the TWDB’s project review.

This period of public review and comment ends on May 21. If you wish to present comments concerning the draft SFY 2025 Emerging Contaminants IUPs to the TWDB, you have three options:

1. Email comments with the subject line “Emerging Contaminants comments” for the CWSRF Emerging Contaminants IUP to CWSRF@twdb.texas.gov and the DWSRF Emerging Contaminants IUP to mailto:DWSRF@twdb.texas.gov
2. Completing the online form to provide comments to the DWSRF Emerging Contaminant and/or CWSRF Emerging Contaminant IUPs.
3. Attend a public hearing on May 13, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at the Stephen F. Austin State Office Building, Room 172, in Austin, Texas.
