HB 2021 (Bonnen), relating to the acceptance, rejection, and uses of certain money provided by the federal government to this state, was voted favorably as substituted out of House Appropriations on 4/19 and a committee report was sent to Calendars on 4/26.
HB 2896 (Bonnen), relating to the creation and re-creation of funds and accounts, the dedication and rededication of revenue and allocation of accrued interest on dedicated revenue, and the exemption of unappropriated money from use for general governmental purposes, passed out of the House unanimously on 4/20.
