Comments on Draft HHSC Rules on Operating Procedures for State Hospitals Due January 15

Texas Health and Human Services is accepting comments from stakeholders on the following draft rules. The comment period ends January 15, 2020.

• Texas Health and Human Services Commission 25 TAC, Part 1, Chapter 405, Patient Care–Mental Health Services, and Title 26, Part 1, new Chapter 930, State Hospitals, concerning Operating Procedures for State Hospitals. Comments can be emailed to HHS Health and Specialty Care System.
