The TCEQ’s Air Quality Division has indefinitely extended the deadline on its invitation to provide comment on potential ozone nonattainment boundaries, as indicated in the paragraph below in italics:

The TCEQ’s Air Quality Division hosted informational public meetings in June and July on the EPA’s proposed 2010 ozone air quality standards, providing the public an opportunity to obtain information and offer their comments on potential ozone nonattainment area boundaries and designations. The division invites written comments to Margie McAllister by e-mail at  mmcallis@tceq.state.tx.us or by mail at Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, MC-164, Post Office Box 13087, Austin, Texas 78711-3087.  The deadline to receive written comments on potential ozone nonattainment area boundaries will be set once the EPA issues the new standards; the deadline is expected to be about two or three weeks after the new standards are promulgated.
