Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Guy “Tony” Fidelie, Jr., of Wichita Falls to the Jobs and Education for Texans (JET) Grant Program Advisory Board for a term set to expire June 19, 2017. The JET Grant Program Advisory Board provides assistance to the Texas Workforce Commission in awarding grant funds associated with the development of new career and technical education programs at public junior colleges, public technical institutes, and independent school districts.
 
Tony Fidelie, Jr., is a partner at the law firm Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins and Mott, LLP. Previously, he served as an assistant district attorney for Wichita County. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and State Bar of Oklahoma and past president of the Wichita County Bar Association. Additionally, he is the board president of Faith Mission of Wichita Falls, advisory board member of Catholic Charities of Fort Worth and a trustee of the Priddy Foundation and the Midwestern State University Foundation. Fidelie received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Political Science from Midwestern State University and a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University.
