Today, after four additional floor amendments were adopted on third reading, SB 1811 was passed out of the House with 100 ayes and 44 nays.
This afternoon the Senate refused to concur in House amendments to SB 1811. Conferees are Sens.: Duncan, Williams, West, Patrick and Deuell.
