  15. Turner, Chris – Requires that the economic impact statement prepared by LBB for the budget bill include impacts  on local governments – Adopted
  16. Stickland – The House may not consider bills creating exemptions or privileges for legislators – Withdrawn
  17. Otto – bills discussing state funds – clarifies state/federal discussions.  Adopted
  18. Stephenson – The House may not consider a congratulatory resolution on the 128-130th day of the session – Tabled (RV)
  19. Elkins – An amendment to a Sunset bill must be discussed publicly before being considered – Withdrawn
  20. Rinaldi – Changes the General Investigating & Ethics Committee jurisdiction to include ensuring appointed officers are acting in the best interest of the agency – Adopted
  21. Krause – The General Investigating & Ethics Committee will not have jurisdiction over the reporting of financial transactions of affiliated entities, foundations or related support groups of judicial and executive branch agencies – Withdrawn
