Lieutenant Governor-Elect Dan Patrick has issued a press release announcing his leadership team.
Logan Spence who served as Chief of Staff to Senator Dan Patrick has been selected to serve as Chief of Staff for the Lt. Governor’s Office. Spence has worked in the Texas House of Representatives, the Texas Senate and the Office of Governor Rick Perry.
Walter Fisher, long-serving parliamentarian has agreed to serve as Senior Advisory to Lt. Governor Dan Patrick. Fisher has over 20 years of experience in the areas of parliamentary and legislative procedure. He served as Assistant Parliamentarian for the Texas House of Representatives for six years. In addition, he served from 1995 until 2004 as Senate Parliamentarian.
Mike Morrissey will serve as Budget Director and Senior Advisory for Fiscal Policy for Lt. Governor Patrick. Mike has worked on the Texas budget since 1986. He joined Governor Rick Perry’s office in 2001 where he currently serves as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Rick Perry.
