During the Primary Runoff Election, with over 90% of the precincts in, Jeff Blaylock reports just under 3% of the registered voters participated in the Republican Runoff. However, that amount would still represent the third most voters in a statewide Republican Runoff since 1996. Democratic turnout was almost 1.25% of the registered voters.
