The proposed rule amendments relating to interregional conflicts in regional water planning have been posted with the Texas Register. The public comment period on the proposed rule is now open.
The TWDB will hold a public meeting on the proposed rule change on Thursday, July 23, 2015, in Austin, at the Stephen F. Austin Building, 1700 N. Congress, Room 170, at 1:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend and comment.
Written comments on the proposed rule will be accepted until Tuesday, August 4, 2015. The public may submit comments to the Office of General Counsel at the TWDB by mail, fax, or email.
