House and Senate Redistricting have been holding hearings in the interim between the 2nd Called Special Session and the 3rd Called Special Session to solicit comments from the public and to discuss Census 2020 data. Below are the HillCo Redistricting reports that have been gathered:

On September 1, Senators Eckhardt and Gutierrez have filed a lawsuit that argues redistricting cannot take place until the next legislative regular session in 2023. Eckhardt and Gutierrez have also filed for a preliminary injunction, but the court has not yet issued a ruling.
