    • $90 million to increase foster care capacity through targeted rate increases and grants to providers
    • $17.4 million to enhance cybersecurity including funding to provide end point detection and response software on every state agency device, establish security operations center, and expand multi-factor authentication

    • $14.6 million to develop and implement a civics training program, contingent on passage of SB 3
    • $14.3 million to implement bail reform in accordance with SB 6
