House Select Committee on Health Care Reform

The committee is created to provide a cross-jurisdictional forum for the examination and consideration of issues that broadly affect the state’s health care delivery system. The committee’s full duties on their entirety be found here.

The committee is created to examine all elements of state policy that influence intake and outcomes in the state’s criminal justice system and make recommendation to protect the safety of all Texans and preserve Texans’ constitutional rights to due process of law.
