SB 20 (V. Taylor) Relating to avoiding the abolishment of certain agencies subject to the Texas Sunset Act – passed by the House unanimously and sent to the Governor.
 
SB 60 (V. Taylor) Relating to the repeal of certain riders for the Texas Medical Board and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists from the General Appropriations Act that are contingent upon the approval of certain Acts continuing those agencies during the 85th Regular Session – passed by the House unanimously and sent to the Governor.
 
SB 5 (Hancock/Goldman) Relating to the prevention of fraud in the conduct of an election – the Senate concurred in House amendments with 21 ayes and 10 nays.

HB 7 (Phelan/Kolkhorst) Relating to a tree planting credit to offset tree mitigation fees imposed by a municipality – passed out of the Senate as substituted and amended with 17 ayes and 14 nays and heads back to the House where they can either concur or go to conference.
 
HB 13 (Capriglione/Campbell) Relating to reporting requirements by certain physicians and health care facilities for abortion complications – passed out of the Senate with 22 ayes and 9 nays and heads back to the House.
