At the January 18, 2017 TCEQ Open Meeting, TCEQ will consider publication of amendments to 30 TAC 111, Control of Air Pollution from Visible Emissions and Particulate Matter, and 30 TAC 336, Radioactive Substance Rules. These rule proposals are included as items 57 and 58 of the agenda here.
