The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will be holding seven identical Emissions Banking and Trading Stakeholder Group meetings to discuss and seek input on issues for consideration during upcoming revisions to the Emissions Banking and Trading rules; the stakeholder group is open to the public and anyone interested may attend these meetings.
The purpose of these meetings is to discuss and seek stakeholder input on issues for consideration during upcoming revisions to the Emissions Banking and Trading rules in Chapter 101, Subchapter H, Division 1, Division 3, Division 4, and Division 6.
The meeting schedule is as follows:
