At a November 23 emergency meeting, the Commission of Licensing and Regulation adopted a new rule at 16 TAC, Chapter 60, Subchapter C, §60.351, Expiration of Certain Licenses During the COVID-19 Pandemic. This emergency rulemaking adoption is required in order to ensure that certain TDLR licensees remain licensed during the COVID-19 pandemic. The effective date for this rule is November 23, 2020 and was unanimously adopted. A video of the meeting in its entirety can be found here.
