The Texas Medical Board (TMB) has posted on its website the Proposed Changes to the Texas Medical Board Rules, Texas Administrative Code, Title 22, Part 9, Chapter 174 Telemedicine. The posted draft-March 12, 2010, V8 Stakeholder Input Draft – will go to the Texas Medical Board, April 8, 2010 , Telemedicine Committee Meeting. This draft reflects the changes incorporated from the recent Telemedicine Stakeholders Meeting, March 9, 2010. It is anticipated that after the Telemedicine committee reviewing on April 8th, then the full Board will then review the rules along with public comment on June 4th.
