The Texas Water Development Board reports that the drought and reservoir storage conditions continue to remain relatively unchanged from last week: 49 percent of the state is in drought, with reservoirs about 63 percent full. Total conservation storage is about 3 percentage points more than last year but more than 15 percentage points less than normal for this time of year.
