The Texas Transportation Commission will be taking up a full agenda on October 29 which will include a discussion a potential addition to the Unified Transportation Program (UTP), a 10-year statewide plan for transportation project development, as well as several reports such a the State Highway Fund (SHF) 6 Report and the letting allocation status report.
