The Board met to appoint an Executive Administrator, hear a briefing on the Quarterly Investment Report and hear updates on Texas drought conditions. The Board passed the State Water Plan and one amendment to the plan. Additionally, the board passed five motions providing loans or loan forgiveness to the Sunbelt Fresh Water Supply District, New Ulm Water Supply Corporation, City of Sweetwater and Bluegrove Water Supply Corporation.
