TWDB is requesting responses to their RFQ for awarding the EPA’s Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey and Assessment (DWINSA). The deadline to apply is April 23.

This project involves collecting data on public drinking water infrastructure assets and proposed capital projects to determine the state’s estimated infrastructure needs. This contract would primarily involve data collection and entry plus attendance at national training courses regarding the survey collection process.
