Open Ended Permits 2024 Annual Operational Budget Status Reports Due
The deadline for MSW facilities authorized by a Notification of Intent (NOI) to report the operational status of their permitted activity was December 31, 2024. This is a new reporting requirement that applies to certain temporary permits or permits without an expiration date.
Permittees must report their operational status electronically through the State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS). Instructions are available here.
