Texas had 18,623,931 registered voters ahead the November 5 election which was 5% higher than the November 2022. State data shows that more than 9 million Texans, either in person or by mail, 48.6% of all registered voters.

Overall, the number of voters early voting this year was slightly more than in 2016 and less than 2020 when comparing the first and last day of early vote, though this may differ when broken down by county.
