Attorney General Ken has issued a legal advisory to all Texas public school districts regarding requirements to display the Ten Commandments under Senate Bill 10 (89R), including format and content guidelines. The advisory notes that the AG’s Office will monitor compliance in coordination with the Texas Education Agency and also assume responsibility for expenses, costs, judgments, or settlements resulting from the display.
