As part of the Texas Regulatory Efficiency Office’s (TREO) Regulatory Efficiency Review (RER), the Texas Education Agency’s (TEA) is seeking feedback on the Commissioner of Education Rules.
TEA is seeking public feedback on the draft RER. Feedback can be submitted through the TREO Public Input Survey. Feedback must be submitted by August 20, 2026.
