The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has transitioned to a new ticketing system for support requests and questions.

Inquiries should not be submitted through the TEA Help Desk. The Performance Reporting Inbox, the previous method for submitting support requests, is no longer being monitored as of March 6th.  This change is designed to streamline communication, ensure faster response times, and improve tracking and resolution of inquiries.
