The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) invites entities to submit information on projects to be included in the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) programs’ Intended Use Plans (IUPs) for the upcoming fiscal year:
State Revolving Fund Programs “General Activities” IUP
- Entities must submit a completed project information form (PIF) by 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, March 6, 2026. To be included in the initial CWSRF and DWSRF project priority lists for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2027.

CWSRF and DWSRF Emerging Contaminants IUP
- To be included in the initial CWSRF and DWSRF Emerging Contaminants project priority lists for State Fiscal Year 2026, entities must submit a completed project information form by 5:00 p.m., CST on Friday, March 6, 2026.
