The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is now accepting applications for the 2026 funding cycle of the Texas Water Development Fund (DFund) program. Applications will be accepted through December 31, 2025.
Applications must be submitted by 5:00pm on December 31 through TWDB’s online application system. The first step in the process is to discuss project eligibility by scheduling a pre-application conference with a Regional Project Implementation Team.
