The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) has developed new resources to support third-party water loss validations. TWDB has released a guide, Third-Party Water Loss Audit Validations, as well as a report template, to help outline validation requirements, certification expectations, reporting components, and available resources.
The guidance focuses on:
- roles and responsibilities of third-party validators;
- certification and training requirements; and
- validation procedures and reporting expectations.
