The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking stakeholder comments on agency rules which have been identified by the Texas Regulatory Efficiency Office (TREO) for potential improvement. Stakeholders can submit comments through July 16, 2026, through the Smart Comment Portal.
Rules identified for potential improvement may be obsolete, duplicative, overly burdensome or unnecessary.
