The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) is hosting a webinar on October 15, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on the opening of the Texas Clean School Bus (TCSB) program. The webinar will cover program requirements and the application process.
To register for the webinar, the TCSB Webinar Registration Form must be completed by 5:00 pm on October 14.
The application period is open from October 29, 2025 to May 22, 2026, with a total of $16.3 million available funding. Funding will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Eligible Retrofit Projects
