The Chapter 313 deadline is approaching. Companies with active agreements are required to submit annual and biennial reporting forms and questions using information from the previous tax calendar year (2025) to school districts by June 15, 2026.
The following forms must be submitted:
- Form 50-772-A (PDF) – Annual Eligibility Report
- Form 50-827A (XLSX) and Form 50-827B (XLSX) – Biennial Cost Data Request (CDR)
- Biennial Progress Report questions (PDF) (Online Reporting Structure)
Companies will fill out portions of the reports with their data and submit them to school districts by the June 15 deadline. School districts will then complete their portion of the reports and upload the information by August 17, 2026.
