Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is accepting comments from stakeholders on informal draft rules relating to lactation consultant services until Monday, July 27, 2026. Informal reviews occur before the rules are officially published in the Texas Register to give stakeholders and HHSC advisory committees opportunities to comment on the rules.
