The House and Senate have both adjourned sine die this morning. Due to a lack of quorum since August 4, Governor Abbott sent out an announcement that if the House could not obtain a quorum by Friday he was going to call the 2nd Called Special Session. Abbott indicated the same agenda will be in place for the 2nd Called Special Session with the potential to add more items. Below are the bills that moved in the House and Senate during the 1st Called Special Session.
