The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) has updated the list of Trauma Service Areas (TSA) subject to Executive Order GA-32 restrictions due to high COVID-19 hospitalizations. Per GA-32, businesses in these areas that otherwise would have a 75 percent occupancy or operating limit may operate at up to only 50 percent. GA-32 defines these areas as those with COVID-19 hospitalizations exceeding 15 percent of total capacity for seven consecutive days.

As of December 8th, DSHS has identified the following TSAs and counties as subject to the GA-32 restriction. Counties marked with an asterisk (*) have filed an attestation allowing them to operate at 75% occupancy due to minimal COVID-19 cases.
