The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has released its biennial report to the 87th Legislature covering fiscal years 2019 and 2020. In addition to agency activities, the report discusses topics covering agency resources, legislation from the 86th session, permitting timeframe tracking, assessment of received complaints, evaluation of water basins without a watermaster, and an annual report from the Office of Public Interest Council.
