In the October 29th Texas Register, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) adopted rule changes to the section regarding state adoption and distribution of instructional materials. - The adopted amendments update terminology, provide clarifications, make technical edits, and remove outdated information. The amendments were adopted without changes to the proposed text as they were published in the August 20, 2021 Texas Register.
