Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton issued a statement commending President Trump’s March 28 executive order directing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to review its Clean Power Plan. Earlier this month, Attorney General Paxton led a coalition of 19 states that urged the EPA to adhere to the environmental regulation approach as set out by the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act.
