The TCEQ has approved for publication rules proposed to implement HB 2767, concerning the powers, duties, and administration of groundwater conservation districts and amending provisions that authorize fees, by amending 30 TAC Chapter 293 & rules proposed to implement HB 655 by establishing criteria for aquifer storage and recovery projects, including injection and recovery of appropriated water.
