The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) will hold a Board meeting to consider financial assistance for a water system improvement project.
The Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, in Austin at the Stephen F. Austin Building, 1700 North Congress Avenue, Room 170, at 1:30 p.m.
The Board will also consider authorizing the issuance, sale, and delivery of State of Texas bond series, including the State Water Implementation Revenue Fund for Texas (SWIRFT). In addition, the Board will consider approving the selection of financial advisors, bond and disclosure counsel, and senior managing underwriters.
