The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will hold its Commissioner’s meeting on Jan. 20. Agenda. The Commissioner’s will take up proposed rulemaking that would implement SB 912 (84th R) by including volume-based exemption from reporting requirements for certain accidental discharges or spills of treated or untreated wastewater from wastewater treatment facilities and collection systems in the new and amended sections.
