On Monday, November 9, at 1 p.m. the House Select Committee on Transportation Planning will meet and hear invited testimony regarding Transportation Revenue Projections, including, but not limited to, Proposition 1, Proposition 7, Texas Mobility Fund, and Federal Re-authorization Funds. They will also hear testimony from the Texas Department of Transportation regarding methods of finance, including, but not limited to, outstanding debt capacity, State Infrastructure Bank, Department of Motor Vehicles as revenue source, and expenses and transfers.
