During the July 24 Water Rights Analysis Package (WRAP) Users Group Meeting the status of Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ’s) Water Availability Models (WAM) were discussed along with other WAM details. TCEQ has publsihed the August 2015 WRAP manual. Additionally, the River/Reservoir/Use System Simulation has a posted July 2015 Test version but TCEQ staff did note the official August 2015 version will be published in a few weeks. TCEQ will be looking for comments regarding modeling issues and potential WRAP refinements until August 31.
