The Texas Department of Insurance has posted an informal draft of revisions to Title 28 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 11, Health Maintenance Organizations. The draft may be viewed at http://www.tdi.texas.gov/rules/drules.html.
TDI has extended the comment period on this draft from 5 p.m. Central time on January 2, 2015 to 5 p.m. Central time on January 9, 2015. TDI encourages you to submit your comments on the informal working draft by email to MCQA@tdi.texas.gov.
