The results of the November 4 General Election have been called a GOP sweep. To illustrate, Jeff Blaylock with Texas Election Source has published a map showing Abbott’s head-to-head percentage against Davis in each of the state’s 254 counties. Abbott received at least 80% in 125 counties. Davis won 19.
