The Tax Relief for Pollution Control Property Advisory Committee will meet December 15, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at TCEQ Austin Headquarters, 12100 Park 35 Circle (Directions), Building E, Room 201-S, Austin, Texas 78753. The meeting can be attended via conference call. Conference call instructions will be provided later at the Advisory Committee webpage. An agenda for the meeting is not yet available.
The TCEQ will conduct three free seminars on how to appropriately complete a Use Determination for Pollution Control Property Application and how to respond to a notice of deficiency.
