Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is requesting public comments on concepts for utilizing funds allocated to TDI under SB 1367 (83R) to improve access to coverage in Texas. You can review information about the concept proposals that have been developed with input from a range of stakeholders through several informal focus groups at http://tdi.texas.gov/health/coverageaccess.html.
Written comments may be submitted until October 15, 2014. Comments may also be submitted at a stakeholder meeting to be held at 1 p.m., Central Time on October 21, 2014 in Room 100 of the William P. Hobby Jr. State Office Building, 333 Guadalupe Street in Austin, Texas.
