The State Pension Review Board proposes new 40 TAC Chapter 607, concerning Public Retirement System Minimum Educational Training Program. The new section directs the Board to develop and administer an educational training program for trustees and system administrators of Texas public retirement systems. The Board, among other things, is further directed to establish minimum training requirements and accredit other training programs.
The earliest possible date of adoption is July 27, 2014.
