On April 21, the U.S. EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers released a proposed rule to clarify protection under the Clean Water Act for streams and wetlands that form the foundation of the nation’s water resources. This proposed rule will be critical to protecting America’s waters. We encourage you to participate in the public comment period, which has been extended and will now be open until October 20, 2014.
